Mayfield Designs Inc. is owned and operated by Tim Mayfield. Tim has been designing homes in the Hampton Roads area since 1986 and has a long history of award winning designs. Accolades include 6 of the coveted “Best in Show” awards for homes designed in Homarama in addition to gold, silver and bronze awards in multiple categories such as “Most Creative Floor Plan” and “Best Curb Appeal”.
Having been in business for over 32 years Tim has become a talented and knowledgeable designer. He has a unique ability to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Tim’s knowledge of construction allows him to design homes that are cost effective to build without compromising on beauty and style.
Tim has served on the architectural review board where he was able to share his knowledge and expertise by reviewing and approving plans submitted for a large residential community.
